The journey to natural healing starts with a desire to take responsibility for one's own health. My journey began when I started learning from those who had traveled the road before me and my hope is to pass on some of what I have learned so that you can do the same for the folks around you.
My services include: Naturopathic consultations, TKM® sessions (www.kinginstitute.org), doula/birth assisting, nutritional consulting, and naturopathic classes in herbology, nutrition, etc.

Herb Walk 101: Fri., April 29, 2011 9:30am - 12:30pm; OR Sat. April 30, 1:30 pm - 4:30pm Cost: $50.00 per student
Come enjoy this beginner herbalist class and learn about dandelions, plantain, garlic, chicory, and cleavers. We will learn how to make tinctures and oils and you will go home with some of your own treasures you make yourself. Wear your grubby clothes, bring a small spade to dig with, and a sack lunch if you want to enjoy some fellowship together.
Herb Walk 102: Fri. June 10, 2011 9:30am - 12:30pm; OR Sat. June 11, 2011 1:30am - 4:30pm Cost: $50.00 per student.
During this class we will explore some of the wonders of yarrow, red clover, stinging nettles, black cohosh, coconut oil, and making medicinal syrup and poultices. Again, wear your grubby clothes because we'll be outside too!
Herb Walk 103: Fri July 6, 2011 9:30am - 12:30pm; OR Sat. July 9, 2011 1:30am - 4:30pm Cost: $50.00 per student
During this class we will study mullein, curly (yellow) dock, red raspberry leaf, and slippery elm. We will again make tinctures, oils, and infusions. Don't think it will be too hot to be outside - though we'll love every minute of it - bring your water bottles!
Family-Centered Natural Childbirth Education:
Sundays Cost: Group classes $300.00 per couple, 6 weeks, 2 hours each week
Private classes $400.00 per couple, 4 weeks, 2 hours each week
